The Residence del Prado is located in Corso Villaregia 120, in front of the sea, close to the centre of Riva Ligure, to the beaches, to the cycle path and enjoys a wonderful sea view (see location on map).
The Residence del Prado can satisfy every holiday need thanks to the flats that offer all comforts, fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, smart TV in every room with satellite channels, free Wifi, free private parking, except for these periods: 01/06 – 15/09 and 23/12 – 06/01 in which an extra charge of 10 euros per day is required.
The basic price is for 2 people and includes bed linen and towels, daily tidying up except on Sundays, air conditioning, utilities, Wi-fi. The supplement for each additional person over 2 is 5 euros per day.

Located on the first floor with splendid sea views and a large terrace equipped with table, chairs, parasol and 2 sun loungers
Plus Apartments and Room
Very spacious flats located on the ground floor with large outdoor area equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and 2 sunbeds. Double bedroom on the ground floor
